So when i go to this folder, C:\Users[NAME]\AppData\Local\Packages\Clipchamp.Clipchamp_yxz26nhyzhsrt\LocalState i dont see any files, (only just the EBWebView and a file called clipchamp.user-settings.. And when i open clipchamp, it says it couldnt open on my device. But when i go to another PC, it shows all of the files. I did: reinstalled the app, pasted those files from the PC to this one, And say it fixed the app succesfully in a couple of apps.. But nope. Nothing! Please help :( I use this software since it came out after a year or two.. Soooo.. yea. And nobody talks about this, And lastly.. It works on the website ver, but when i import the video, it flashes green the whole time after im done, (not the problem on here ofc but really though.. fix that one!!) And why would i even delete the files? I like using this app! Any answers would be apperatied!

    While searching through the relevant threads, I found a third party uninstaller given to me by an independent consultant want to uninstall clipchamp - Microsoft Community, which should be able to uninstall Climpchamp more thoroughly, please download the free version:https://www.revouninstaller.com/products/revo-u...

    After uninstalling, please try downloading it again from the official website:Download Microsoft Clipchamp for Windows | Clipchamp - Fast & Easy

    Also, in the official article introducing Climpchamp, it is mentioned that the Climpchamp application is actually web-based as well: What is Clipchamp? - Microsoft Support

    So it's also possible that your problem is caused by the network, you can also try switching networks, such as connecting to a cellular hotspot to try;
