What is the easiest way to incorporate an anonymous suggestion box feature on a sharepoint site?

You wish to create an anonymous suggestion box on either your SharePoint site or MS Teams channel and you wish to know the most efficient way to do so.

Firstly create a form Creating a form with Microsoft Forms. Make sure to set the Form to Anyone can respond.

When finished, click on Collect responses and then in the page that appears, click on Copy link on the top right corner.

Add the form as a Forms web part on your SharePoint site page. More information can be gotten from this link - Add a web part on SharePoint page.

• Go to the page where you want to add a web part.
• If you don't see the site page that you want, click Site contents on the Quick Launch bar, in the list of contents, click Site Pages, and then click the page that you want.
• If the page is not already in edit mode, click Edit at the top right of the page to open the Toolbox.

• Then click on See all web parts, scroll down and click on Embed.
• In the box below “Website address or embed code”, paste the link you copied (or URL) after creating the Microsoft Form.
• A preview appears just beside, then complete by clicking on Republish on the top right corner to make the changes visible to everyone who can access the site.
