Error code 3088-45(183) when installing Office 2024

Getting Error code 3088-45(183) when installing Office 2024. It is a new HP desktop. Microsoft 365 appears to be an installed app. However, I purchased a single use license for the desktop and when installing it, I get the above error.

The below is shown in my subscriptions / paid for items when I log into my Microsoft:

Do I need to uninstall Microsoft 365 that was pre-installed on my desktop or something else?

Use the Troubleshooting procedure to uninstall Office completely. It will ask if you have consent to run the Office troubleshooter uninstall. You can click yes and wait.
