    Draw your three circles.

    Select all three then choose to FRAGMENT them, using the Shape Format tab:

    Now you can color each shape individually. Don't bother coloring the original three shapes to start with; once you do the fragment, they'll all assume the same color as the first-selected shape and undo your formatting.
