How to use "kanban board" onenote feature?

This funcionality appear but it is not available for use, searching in internet I didn't found nothing about it.

    What you’re seeing isn’t a classic OneNote feature at all – it’s a Microsoft Loop “Kanban board” component that recently started showing up in OneNote’s Insert > Loop components menu. That menu is rolled out only to commercial (work or school) Microsoft 365 tenants where the IT admin has enabled Loop. If you’re signed in with a personal Microsoft account ( …@outlook.com, …@hotmail.com, Family 365, etc.) or if your organization has Loop turned off, the entry is shown but stays greyed-out/disabled.
