How do I find what account my phone number is associated with?

I keep being told my phone number is associated with a different accountnt even though I log in using it via the connection to my Google account. Everything is telling me to remove my number from the other account, but I don't know which account thst could be and I can't recover anything via my phone # because it's associated with the account I'm trying to fix. So when I log in using my phone, it takes me to my account that won't allow me to add my number. Thanks

For privacy reason, there is no simple way to identify the phone number that was associated to your account. However you can try the following steps:

Go to: https://account.live.com/username/recover → enter your phone number → complete the verification → it will show the account linked to that number
