Hello,
Last year Microsoft took Teams out of the Office 365 E1 and E3 licenses, but this only affects commercial Enterprise SKUs. Consumer, Academic, U.S. Government, and Nonprofit-specific SKUs are not currently impacted. This was covered here: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/licensing/news/microsoft365-teams-ww?utm_source=chatgpt.com
For Nonprofit pricing, here is the info for your reference, but this is in USD, so you will need to convert it to your currency to get an idea. I get this screenshot from the Admin Center for the nonprofit account I manage, as you can see, Teams is included.
You do need to go through the eligibility check first to establish a nonprofit account in order to receive nonprofit pricing.
Application process can start from here: https://nonprofit.microsoft.com/getting-started

As for the question about E1 going away in July 2025, it is the O365 E1 GRANT that's going away, not the O365 E1 plan. If your nonprofit organization in France secures a free O365 E1 grant now, you can utilize it until your next renewal date that falls after July 1, 2025. After that renewal, the free E1 grant will be discontinued, and you will need to transition to the discounted paid price.
