My account got hacked my @mcckmfa.club

Hi, my account's gmail got changed to a "@mcckmfa.club." (I found all of this after 2 months because I don't use gmail that much, or take importance of it, but it was flooded with warnings when I searched "microsoft".)

I tried to login in my account because I wanted to play something, my password somehow works, but it tells me this "Help us secure your account

We have detected unusual activity on your Microsoft account *****@gmail.com, or believe your credentials are at risk.

For your security and to ensure only you have access to your account, we will ask you to verify your identity and change your password."

After that, it makes me send a verification code to "e****@mcckmfa.club." and I cannot log in.

  1. I tried recovering my account on https://account.live.com/acsr

2. Put in my email, and did the CAPTCHA

  1. Filled in my first and last name box, Birthday, country and county
  2. Did the "other passwords you've used" correctly
  3. Past purchases, about this one, I had a minecraft copy from a friend, so this doesn't count.
  4. I used skype and the xbox app, filled in the boxes no problem.

Every time I tried to recover my account, it just didn't work, I tried three times.

I don't think I will get my account back, but is there any other way I could ? I have screenshots but it doesn't let me post them in here for some reason.

(Also I suggest adding @mcckmfa to a list of suspicion and other similar stuff like it.)

    Hi Dane,
    I used the advice you wrote me and I still can't get my account back.

    Microsoft keeps sending me emails and they say that the information I provided wasn't enough to verify ownership of your account.

    I would really like to play Minecraft again and get my lost account back because I even bought other add-ons for that account.

    Only you can reset your password and make security changes to your account. Support is unable to assist. Sorry.

    Is there an option to send a link to your Gmail to log in? If there is a link for 'I don't have this method' under the email field, click it and see what other options there are.

    You need to fill out the form twice a day, every day, until you get it back.

    If you no longer have the security accounts linked to your account, you need to use the sign in helper in Step 3. https://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=2214157

    If the hackers are still monitoring your account, they may delete the Gmail address. See the section under If you still see "We couldn't find an account with that username." at https://support.microsoft.com/account-billing/m... - I would probably try the contact us and see if they can help.
