My plan if you look at it had no changes to it . I only use one devis.

I also see that Microsoft was trying to take out the $99.00 from auto pay.

Please rea my last update to Microsoft.. l clearly said l do not want autopay.

I have instructed my bank not to have any auto pay that is requested from Microsoft not to pay, as it was done without my authorization.

Please review my account and let me know if my payment is still $69.00 and not the $99.00 that l’m being charged.

    Hello Francesa,

Thank you for your post to the community.

I totally get how frustrating it is to see a price increase on your subscription, especially when you’ve been paying $69.99 and now it’s $99.99.

May I know the particular subscription you face the issue on as there was a recent change in Microsoft's recent pricing update for Microsoft 365 Personal and Family plans, which now include AI-powered tools like Copilot to help with document creation, automation, and data analysis in apps like Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

    Best Regards,

    James | Microsoft Community Support.
