I do have a Power BI Premium license, but the other users get a message saying the need a license.

    Hi Akoni,

Good day and welcome to the community. Power BI actually has a feature to allow you create a shareable link for external and internal users. However, it would require you to have a Power BI Premium license. If you only have a standard license, you can then consider export the report as a static file (PDF), however, it might not be interactive. Another workaround for you (which is not recommended) is to publish your report to a website: go to File > Publish to Web or Embed > Publish to Web. I suggest you comply with your own organization's data policies as this method would make your report viewable. By anyone with the link.

I hope this can provide some idea to you!
