Microsoft Store install service missing

I couldn't launch the microsoft store because it told me that it had to update but the update always failed. People said I had to modify stuff in the Microsoft Store Install Service thing in services, but it's missing. And I really looked well. Anyone know how to fix that?

    That's normal. The command actually would opem up that blank command prompt window to clear the Store cache. Once the window is gone. the store cache should be cleared. Have you tried opening up the Store app?

    I'm sorry for bothering you again, but that article didn't really help... It said to execute wsreset.exe and it just opened the code text thing, but it didn't do anything after that like the article said it would. and since it said it was in system32 I really didn't want to mess with anything...

    I see. Please check the article I provided earlier and try the steps given especially running wsreset. If it doesn't work, we'll have to check for other possible solutions.

    Thank you, this is what it says (I didn't find the French wiki) "Microsoft store couldn't update, an error happened and we couldn't finish the update". Error code: 0x80072F8F

    Can you post a screenshot of the exact error when you open the Store app? This is to verify whether it really is related to the missing service or not.
