Good evening! How do I create my account here using my deped email? It keeps on saying my email or username is incorrect. Please help!

Good evening! How to sign in or create account using my deped email? It keeps on saying my email or username is not correct. Please help!

    Hi Try: How do I open a DepEd email account?

    **DepEd Email is powered by Gmail.**1. For Registration: DepEd Email Registration. 2. Enter the following details: DepEd Email: ******@deped.gov.ph. Tax Identification Number (TIN) number.... 3. Once registration is approved, you will receive a message in the personal email entered during registration.

    Thank you for reaching out to Microsoft Community. I am happy to help. 

    If you already have a DepEd email but can’t sign in, please do as follows: 

    1. Double-check your email format – it should look like: ******@deped.gov.ph or similar.
    2. If you're getting a "username or email not correct" error: 
      1. Your account may not be activated yet.
      2. Your password may be incorrect or expired.

    In either case, please contact your School ICT Coordinator to request a password reset.
