Content Library Doesn't Exist on Clipchamp

I want to add an audio visualizer to my video, however the only instructions I can find for doing so state to first go to the content library tab.

I don't have that tab.

I have a tab for "music & SFX", "stock images", and "graphics", none of which lead me to this content library or the overlays I am supposed to be looking for.

I thought maybe I needed to update the application, but I can't even find a way to do that. I am using the desktop version. Can anyone tell me how to get this content library so I can add an audio visualizer?

I used to have content library in my clipchamp. Today, the content library is no longer there! Can you explain why and how I can get it back? Thanks.

I don't have it either, this is how mine looks in both the Online version and the Desktop app, can someone please help as I'm not sure what to do? When I go to the Music & SFX section, there is music there but no SFX.

    Hello SeaHuntress,

    Welcome to the Microsoft Community.

I understand the inconvenience of not being able to access the content library feature. I've checked both Clipchamp for Windows and Clipchamp for web in the Edge browser and the Content Library tab is visible and does not require any paid subscription.

First, make sure you have the latest version of the Clipchamp app installed. This can be done by opening the Microsoft Store and then searching for Clipchamp and checking for updates.

I suspect it's due to not being on the right page, when you visit Clipchamp Online directly through your browser and click on New Video, is the “Content Library” feature visible correctly?

Please refer to New! Content library tab in Clipchamp | Clipchamp Blog

    Looking forward to your reply.

    Best regards,
