Hi everyone,

I’m working on a travel content platform that shares local experiences and guides in multiple languages. The site is live at ***link removed***, and it's updated regularly with real stories from different parts of Europe.

My main challenge now is managing content updates in 8+ languages — keeping translations in sync, tracking changes, and planning editorial calendars. I'm wondering which Microsoft tools or integrations might help with this.

Does anyone here have experience using tools like Word Online, OneNote, SharePoint, or anything else for a similar workflow? I'm looking for a solution that combines collaboration, version control, and multilingual efficiency. Appreciate any insights or best practices!
