Hi, my name is Ingrid.
In my computer i have 2 Onedrive accounts, one is the one I'm writing from (gmail.com), and the other is one from my university (edu.ar).
Since last week (more or less) I have noticed that I can not use the desktop apps like word or excel, the functions are limited. I can access to them since the browser but it does not help me at all because I need to do some duties related to format.
So, the message that showed up was:
"Microsoft Office LTSC Professional Plus 2024 Preview has expired.
Most Word features have been disabled. Contact your administrator or support for an updated version of Office."
That appeared with both accounts so I believed maybe it was something related to my computer? if it helps, I add that I am using two computers with both accounts opened in them.
What can I do?

the account from the university is not a family trial, isn't it?
" Office LTSC Professional Plus 2024" does not include OneDrive
Ypu may have an o365 Family trial installed that does include OneDrive
