    Hi Michelle,

I'm Sumit, here to answer your query at the Microsoft Community.

Apologies for any inconvenience you are experiencing. I am happy to help you today.

First, please ensure Copilot is enabled on your Office Apps.

Next, from the top, Click File > Options.

    Concurrently, Select the Copilot submenu.

Check the box that says “Enable Copilot”.

    Restart your Microsoft Office App.

Then, in Microsoft word, use ALT+I keys on Windows, to draft with Copilot.

I hope this information is helpful. If you have any further questions, please feel free to reach out to us. Good luck!
