Inserting a logo in Word

I have Microsoft Professional Plus 2021 Word. I need to place a logo at different locations on each of 200 pages while I'm typing. Is there a quicker way than going back to the last place I put it in and copying and pasting it?

Nothing you put in a header can be in different places on different pages, and that includes watermarks.

Make an AutoText entry of your logo, stored in the Normal.dotm template (or in the template that your document is based on, if that's a different one). When you type the name of the AutoText entry and press Enter, the logo will be inserted in place of the name.

Thanks for your reply. I was hoping that there was some way to put it on a keystroke, like

or something, but you did give me an idea. Maybe I can put it in the header, if it doesn't mess up my available page sizes, and copy it from there. Then, when I'm all done, take it out of the header.

You can save it as AutoText or a Quick Part and attach it to a keyboard shortcut. You likely would want it to be "in line with text."

    Hi ,

It makes sense that you could use this as a base; another option is to keep it as an image that you copy and paste into the format of a previous page.

    I'm happy to help.

    Hi ,

I am Ivan, I will help you with this.

Well, in this case, you could use a header to place and remove it, but since it's in different positions, unfortunately, there's no better way to do it, except manually.

Another option would be to use a watermark.

Since they're in different positions, it's complicated.
