    Hello Sir

I hope this message finds you well. I am reaching out regarding some difficulty I'm experiencing with editing header labels and pre-text in the Loop table.

I have followed the provided instructions for editing the header label and pre-text, but unfortunately, I'm encountering some issues. Specifically, I am unable to locate the edit button as described, and there seems to be no option for accessing the advanced settings or pre-text field.

I have thoroughly reviewed the interface and explored various options, but to no avail. As this functionality is crucial for my workflow, I would greatly appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter.

Could you please provide guidance on how to properly edit the header labels and pre-text in the Loop table? Additionally, if there are any specific permissions or settings I need to adjust, please let me know.

I have attached a screenshot of the interface for reference. Your prompt attention to this matter would be highly appreciated.

Thank you for your time and assistance.

    Hello Suhail,

Thank you for posting here in Microsoft Community. I can see here that you need help with Loop.

To edit the pre-text in a Loop table, you can follow these steps:

    1. Open the Loop table in question.
    2. Click on the header label you want to edit (in this case, "Owner").
    3. Click on the "Edit" button that appears.
    4. In the "Edit Column" dialog box, you can change the header label to "Assigned".
    5. To change the pre-text, click on the "Advanced" tab in the "Edit Column" dialog box.
    6. In the "Pre-Text" field, you can enter "Assign" instead of the default pre-text.
    7. Click "Save" to apply the changes.

Please note that these steps may vary slightly depending on the version of Microsoft 365 Insider - Loop - Windows you are using.

    Hopefully this will help

    Regards,

    Roderick
