I have lost the ruler that is used for drawing in Word. This is the ruler that can be turned on a diagonal and has the degrees of the angle pictured on the ruler. I do not mean the guidelines that appear on the top and to the side of the word document.
I have selected ruler on the draw tab and this turns on the ruler guides on the top and side of the document. I am trying to find the ruler that can be used as a ruler to draw straight and diagonal lines on my drawing while using the pen function

If you activate the Ruler option on the Draw tab, you should see the ruler that you mention. Take a look at the screen shot below.
