Mac Office 2004 was discontinued more than a decade ago & support for it ended in 2012. Further, Office 2004 will not install on any current version of macOS or any current Mac computer [*]. Apple has gone strictly to 64-bit software & all releases of Mac Office prior to Office 2016 is 32-bit.

Additionally, AFAIK Office 2004 never has been available for download from any legitimate source.

Office 2004 still can be used but it would have to be installed on an older Mac capable of operating on an obsolete version of the operating system [prior to macOS 10.15.x Catalina].

*It may be possible with some form of emulator which enable 32-bit software but even if so IMO you'd be buying more trouble than it would be worth.
