How to insert list of tables or figures for a specific section separately in a large word doc?

I have different sections in a word doc. And I want to insert list of tables and figures for each section in front of that specific section. I know how to insert TOC for each section but not for the other two.

You have to enclose each section in a unique bookmark and then modify the field code so that it includes \b BookmarkName. Update the field, and click Yes when asked if you want to update the whole table.
