I have just bought Office 2024 and spent 30 minutes repeatedly trying to install the programs from my Microsoft account but I get a message "Service Unavailable. We are currently experiencing technical details". I have seen that other customers have reported the same problem on different dates, and although this message is on an "Outage" page, Microsoft are reporting "no outages" . I am trying to install the program on a computer in Spain.

Thank you for responding so quickly. Office 2024 purchased directly from Microsoft, appears correctly under subscriptions in my Microsoft account, with an install button. When clicked I get the error message "Service Unvailable". It has now been 3 hours since I first tried
According to someone from Microsoft, this happens frequently and I have seen other questions about this. The agents on the Microsoft online chat were very helpful but it took over an hour to get through to one (there are 9 people ahead of you, etc)
I have the same problem and have tried using different web browsers with the same result.
If purchased direct from MS you give certain details, an MS Account is used/created and the install commences, showing a progress window
