I am using my developer account from 2023, but in March 2025, it automatically disabled without any notification or my knowledge. Please reactivate my developer account for your reference. I have attached the screenshot. Please check that.

thanks

    Dear Roshan panda,

    Good day!

Thanks for posting in the Microsoft Community. We are happy to help you.

Based on the "How to renew the expired Microsoft 365 Developer Program E5" issue description, here are some key points to check:

I found this thread that tackles about on how to renew your Microsoft 365 developer subscription, you can log in with the administrator account to your subscription on the portal. You can use the same credentials to logon to as well and manage the users from Azure AD portal.

    • To renew your Microsoft 365 subscription for developer, you can follow these steps:
      1. Go to the Microsoft 365 Admin Center.
      2. Navigate to the Subscriptions page and click on Billing.
      3. Locate the expired subscription and click on Reactivate.

Note: Your developer account subscription is renewable based on valid developer activity. The only way that you can extend your subscription is to do valid developer activity.

Please note that renewed perpetually every 60-90 days if you're actively using it for development, your subscription never expires; it is automatically extended. You don't need to renew it. However, if you have used your Developer account for a short time or you haven't used your Developer account actively, it can be possible your subscription expires due to inactivity and get deleted. Therefore, if your developer account subscription is expired or deleted due to inactivity for the past 90 days, you may need to set up a new one.

You can refer to Microsoft 365 Developer Program FAQ | Microsoft Learn.

If you have any issues or questions during the renewal process, we do have separate community channel for your mentioned concern, so, it is recommended to post your concern on this dedicated Developer communities | Microsoft Developer or Office Development - Microsoft Q&A, so that the related support agent from this dedicated community can check your concern and provide you required information accordingly.

Thank you for your precious time and your understanding would be greatly appreciated.

If this answer helps clarify the current situation, I would sincerely appreciate it if you could mark it as the answer. This will bring this information to the top of the feed, making it easier for other users to search for and reducing confusion for those who may be experiencing the same issue.

Thanks and Have a good day!!!

    Best regards.
