- To renew your Microsoft 365 subscription for developer, you can follow these steps:
- Go to the Microsoft 365 Admin Center.
- Navigate to the Subscriptions page and click on Billing.
- Locate the expired subscription and click on Reactivate.
Note: Your developer account subscription is renewable based on valid developer activity. The only way that you can extend your subscription is to do valid developer activity.
Please note that renewed perpetually every 60-90 days if you're actively using it for development, your subscription never expires; it is automatically extended. You don't need to renew it. However, if you have used your Developer account for a short time or you haven't used your Developer account actively, it can be possible your subscription expires due to inactivity and get deleted. Therefore, if your developer account subscription is expired or deleted due to inactivity for the past 90 days, you may need to set up a new one.
