Can't use the document templates (Word for Android)

I can't make word document using document template in Microsoft 365 Android, I have 2 acc, and both can't generate the document templates. It stuck at word icon, the first thing appeared when you opening the document. The blank document works just fine, only the templates that have the issue.

    I cleared the app's data and cache, which resolved the issue. Although I'm not sure which step specifically fixed it, I'm now able to use the templates again without any problems. Thanks for your help!
