Someone on Groupon is claiming to sell lifetime subscriptions to 365 for 25 dollars plus other Microsoft products really cheap. Obviously a scam but no one seems to care.

DO NOT BUY MICROSOFT PRODUCTS FROM GROUPON! I did. It said I could use it for up to 5 family members, but I can't. Have gone back and forth with the seller, and what they are telling me is NOT working. At least this learning experience didn't cost too much $,, but it's aggravating to buy something and then the seller isn't truthful!

I too was scammed by someone posing to be Groupon. I still get tons of follow-up emails promoting the same scam.

I did notice that I soon as I was scammed, several attempts from all over the world tried to get into my MS account. Is there anyway to find out who these people are to prosecute them?

Exactly correct. MSTs and Moderators and on this forum Microsoft Support, have no problem helping users with Professional Plus versions of Office, which are volume based and sold on the internet as perpetual version in contravention of Microsoft licensing. If nobody cares at Microsoft why should the scammer bother, or why should anyone else!
