We can't retrieve your calendar events right now

Since the new version of Outlook has been rolled out, I get the message "We can't retrieve your calendar events right now. Please wait a few minutes and try again." I have used Outlook for some time and use it to consolidate a Google calendar and two Microsoft accounts, but at this time, I am only trying to see my current Office 365 subscription calendar.

I have used outlook for years but this is very buggy, I integrate my calendar with a CRM and am concerned about meetings clashing.

Any help gratefully received.

Suzanne

    Hi Suzanne Young2

Good day! Thank you for posting to Microsoft Community. We are happy to assist you.

I am truly sorry for the inconvenience this issue has caused you. Based on the description, I understand that you have an issue with calendar inside new Outlook app.

To further clarify the issue, please kindly confirm the following information.

    1. What is the version of your Outlook app? What version of Outlook do I have? - Microsoft Support
    2. Does the issue also happen in Outlook on the Web?

Here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot and hopefully resolve the problem:

    1. Go to Settings > Accounts > Your accounts
    2. On the right hand side of your calendar account, select Manage
    3. Select Remove.
    4. Close the Outlook app
    5. Reopen the Outlook app and re-add your calendar account into Outlook.

Please understand that our initial response may not always resolve the issue immediately. However, with your help and more detailed information, we can work together to find a solution.

Thank you so much for your precious time and cooperation.

    Sincerely,

    Roger Shen
