My Company watermark is not showing in word page btu when i copy all the text then only it's showing

Here's another possible cause:

In the document where the watermark is not showing, go to File > Options > Display and look at the first option, "Show white spaces between pages in Print Layout view". If that option is not checked, the document is displayed without headers or footers to make it easier to read from one page to the next. What isn't obvious is that it also hides anything -- including any watermark -- that is anchored in the header or footer.

If the space between pages appears as just a thin line, you can either check the option, or position the mouse cursor on that line between pages and double-click.

Watermarks are images in a header. They display on screen, by design, as faded or perhaps even invisible, when viewing a page on the screen

Each watermark is anchored to the page header so that it can repeat on several pages. It is an image or a text box or shape or possibly some other object (see also Charles's reply).

Generally, when an object isn't showing, the underlying cause is that the options to print and display drawing objects have been deselected in Word. In the File > Options dialog box, select the option "Print drawings created in Word" at File > Options > Display and also select "Show drawings and text boxes on screen" at File > Options > Advanced.
