What does this Correlation Id mean?

We have been using Microsoft Forms successfully without a hiccup now for years. However, as of late the link to our surveys are not populating and we get the following:

Session id: 147a9621-18cd-49c1-a8c8-467c55575775

Correlation id: d0b055da-a9f8-4082-b456-c87fecfd21ef

What does this mean?

Thank you.

    Hi Michael ,

I understand you're experiencing unexpected issues with Microsoft Forms. This Correlation ID is not an error code, but a tracking ID for a request. It's used internally by Microsoft support and engineers to locate logs and trace what happened during a particular operation.

As Microsoft Community moderators, we don’t have access to internal logs or backend systems due to privacy and security policies. For this reason, the most effective course of action is to contact Microsoft support directly.
If you're part of an organization, please coordinate with your Microsoft 365 Global Administrator, as they are authorized to initiate a support request. A technical support engineer can conduct a remote session to verify backend configurations, perform necessary synchronizations, and escalate the case to specialized teams if deeper investigation is required.

You can raise support ticket from https://admin.microsoft.com/#/support/requests.
The support team over there has higher permission, more resource and correct escalation channel in handling this kind of issues. This would be a more efficient way in handling the case for you.

Thank you for your time and patience, we hope you have a great day!
