    Hello Fara Mirado Andriamamonjisoa,

    Welcome to the Microsoft Community.

From your description, I understand that you want to log in to your BYU portal through your Microsoft account, but you have found that the account is forcibly associated with another account. I understand your confusion regarding this issue.

May I ask if you mentioned that this account is associated with another account? Do you mean that you cannot log in to your current Microsoft account, which is why you are unable to log in to the BYU portal? If my guess is incorrect, please correct me.

If you are unable to log in with a Microsoft account, have you set up other login methods such as phone numbers, aliases, etc? If you have set it up, you can try using these methods to log in.

If you do not have these verification methods, you can visit the following link to see how to retrieve your account.
