Office download

G’day,

My daughter just helped me set up an account and told me to sign in at office.com to download Office. But when I click on office.com, it just takes me to a page that doesn’t seem right—or at least I can’t figure out where to go from there.

Would someone mind giving me a hand? I’d really appreciate it.

Cheers,

Sorry, I was offline, if your daughter indicates you have a business licence to Microsoft 365, please ask her where that licence came from, did she provide you with the licence, or is it provided by a company you work for?

Please contact your daughter and ask her what type of Office licence she may have and if she has a Microsoft 365 Family subscription that she may have shared with you.

Hi, I am Dave, I will help you with this.

    1

Where did you get your Office licence, is that a new Office licence or subscription or was it previously activated?

    2

If you log into this link, do you find an Office licence or subscription listed?
