    Hi MUHAMAD SHAFIQ,

Thank you for your question! To better assist you, could you please help clarify a few things:

    • Which view mode are you currently using in Word? (e.g., Print Layout, Web Layout, Read Mode, etc.)
    • How are you trying to zoom in/out? Are you using the zoom slider, keyboard shortcuts, or mouse scroll?
    • Does this issue happen with all Word documents, or only with specific ones?
    • Are you using Word on the desktop (application) or Word Online (browser version)?

Once I have this information, I’ll be able to guide you more accurately.

In the meantime, you can try the following solutions:

1**. Turn off “Side to Side” view**

This is the most effective fix and often resolves zoom issues:

    • Open the Word document
    • Go to the View tab on the ribbon
    • In the Page Movement group, select Vertical instead of Side to Side

After switching to Vertical view, the zoom slider should reappear in the bottom-right corner.

    2. Restore the Zoom Slider

If the zoom slider is missing:

    • Right-click on the status bar at the bottom of the Word window
    • Make sure Zoom Slider and Zoom are checked
    • The zoom controls should now be visible again

    3. Use the View Menu to Zoom

If the slider doesn’t work, you can zoom manually:

    • Go to the View tab
    • In the Zoom group, choose a preset like 100%, Page Width, or Many Pages
    • Or click Zoom to open the dialog box and enter a custom percentage

Please try these steps and let me know if the issue persists. I’m here to help!

    Warm regards,
