I got an email saying my order of Windows Defender for 495.99USD was successfully purchased. I did not make this purchase. Is this a scam? I am concerned and can't reach you via telephone

I did NOT make this purchase! is this a scam? Ive tried multiple ways to reach you by telephone but no luck getting pas automated voice.

    It's a scam, a very common scam. Microsoft Defender AKA Windows Defender is free.
