    Hi Karl,

This is April, I'll be happy to assist you. Sorry to hear that you're having issue finding your Friends and Family Pass ID number. Let me help you out.

Based on the description you provided an employee from Microsoft reactivated your Friends and Family passes. Microsoft Employees are eligible for discounted Microsoft products, including software like Microsoft 365, Windows, Surface devices, Xbox consoles and games, and accessories and can share limited-time access with non-employees.

For non-employees to access the Microsoft Store, you will be receiving a Friends & Family guest pass or link from a Microsoft employee.

You may directly contact the Microsoft Company Store to help you find your Pass ID number and can give you further information:

    Contact eCompanyStore

    Hours: Monday-Friday 9:00am to 7:00pm Pacific Time

You may also submit your inquiry online using the form that you may find on the support link here: https://store.ecompanystore.com/microsoft/Show/...

If you have any other questions or concern, please don’t hesitate to contact us again.
