Microsoft Project 2019 Download

I have a purchased license for a 2019 version of Microsoft Project and just need a way to download the application. Everything worked completely fine until I received a new work laptop and everything switched to the online/app versions of things. I just need the old fashioned desktop downloaded application for MS Project 2019.

    Jordan Moran1,

It sounds like Microsoft was not involved in the process (i.e. no Microsoft account), so Microsoft is "out of the loop" for being able to provide a link for a download. I'm afraid your only recourse is to contact MS Codes and work with them. Maybe they can dig into their files and find a reference for your original purchase and then go from there.

Or, you mention that the account is with your work e-mail. Perhaps your company has a purchase history record that could be used to recover the download process?

Full disclosure, I do not work for Microsoft so my response is based solely on my experience in working on this forum for many years and reading other similar threads. Someone from Microsoft may jump into this thread but I would be very surprised if their response is any different.

    Jordan Moran1,

You say you have a license for Project 2019. Where did you purchase the license? If you bought your perpetual license from Microsoft, see this link:

    Install Project - Microsoft Support

If you purchased your license from an authorized third part seller, then you need to refer back to the e-mail or whatever correspondence they used to provide the download and product key.

I purchase from MS.Codes and they did not provide a download link. I do not recall how my older laptop had the actual download. Can Microsoft not provide a .exe download link or something to the 2019 client? My account is with my work email and I'm sure my past use and input of a product key can be verified somehow right?
