Microsoft project management software used to plan, manage, and communicate a project schedule and other information among workgroup members, project managers, and other stakeholders.
Jordan Moran1,
It sounds like Microsoft was not involved in the process (i.e. no Microsoft account), so Microsoft is "out of the loop" for being able to provide a link for a download. I'm afraid your only recourse is to contact MS Codes and work with them. Maybe they can dig into their files and find a reference for your original purchase and then go from there.
Or, you mention that the account is with your work e-mail. Perhaps your company has a purchase history record that could be used to recover the download process?
Full disclosure, I do not work for Microsoft so my response is based solely on my experience in working on this forum for many years and reading other similar threads. Someone from Microsoft may jump into this thread but I would be very surprised if their response is any different.
