    Hi Favour,

I've been struggling with this issue as well. If you take a look deeper, the issue is a "wrong linkedin profile" was linked to our Teams profile whereby the steps you've provided is only applicable for the "wrong profile" that of course we dont have the access for it.

That being said, could you please double check this and give us the proper solution how to unlink these wrong linked profile?

I also have an issue where a LinkedIn account with the same name as myself is linked to my company Teams profile, so I want to unlink the incorrect LinkedIn account and replace it with my correct LinkedIn account.

I followed the instructions in the post above to go to View Account and I DO NOT see an Info tab or a Manage how you sign in to Microsoft link or LinkedIn link.

I DO see 7 cards with my name / email on the first large card and then on 6 smaller cards Security info, Password, Settings & Privacy, Devices, Organizations, My sign-ins. I checked Settings & Privacy and clicked on both Language & Region and Privacy tabs and did not see any references to LinkedIn. I also checked My sign-ins and did not see any LinkedIn references.

    Any recommendations on next steps?

This does not work. These instructions" Under your Info tab, click Manage how you sign in to Microsoft -> Scroll down to the Linked accounts section and click LinkedIn -> Click Remove this connection and confirm the action." are invalid as these options are not available. I have clicked "wrong Linkedin account" several time via a computer and via a phone and the incorrect account still appears. Please provide an update on how to correct this.

    Hello Jessy Yeoh,

    Welcome to Microsoft Community.

It looks like you've already tried multiple solutions, and I completely understand how frustrating this can be. To help resolve the issue, I'll outline a set of steps for you to follow in order to remove the incorrect LinkedIn profile.

Step 1: Go to the Microsoft Account Website Microsoft account | Sign In or Create Your Account Today – Microsoft **** -> sign in with your Microsoft account -> click on your Profile Picture in the top right corner and select View Account -> Under your Info tab, click Manage how you sign in to Microsoft -> Scroll down to the Linked accounts section and click LinkedIn -> Click Remove this connection and confirm the action.

Step 2: Sign out of Microsoft Teams and LinkedIn -> Clear your browser cache and cookies -> Restart your device and sign back into Teams

You can also follow this guide from this link to get more information: Disconnect your LinkedIn and personal accounts - Microsoft Support
