Hi there,

Since today, Loop tasks are not synced in everyone's to do anymore. Nothing happens when a task is assinged to a person.

We are not the only company that is affected.

Asking MS to fix it.

I am having the same issue at my job. I use Loop Tasks in meetings to track assignments, but no emails or planner connections are preventing me from getting tasks completed timely. Please fix!

I have the same issue regardless of how many times I:

    • Clear your browser cache (especially if using Loop in a browser).
    • Reassign the tasks in the Loop Task List to trigger a fresh sync.

    Dear Mr. Tuan Anh,

Allow me to apologize again and thank you so much for reporting the issue with Loop Task Lists not syncing with Microsoft To Do or Planner. I can see many users and organizations are currently experiencing problems like you. This is a known issue currently affecting multiple organizations, and Microsoft engineering is actively investigating it.

Let me assist you in documenting this situation clearly:

    • Tasks assigned in Loop are not appearing in To Do or Planner.
    • Red triangles or missing assignees may appear in the task list.
    • The issue is not isolated, many tenants are impacted.
    • Microsoft is working on a fix and improving error messages to help users identify sync failures more clearly.

I kindly encourage you to submit feedback directly to Microsoft via this link:

Unfortunately, the sync disappeared over the weekend and reassigning tasks does nothing either.
This needs to be noted for the devs.

Right now the experience is very inconsistent.

Same here. I have tested Loop with the default loop notes what i have created with a meeting in Teams.
When i assign a task to a person in the Loop notes, the task is not visible in the planner tool in two different tenants and separated Edge profiles.
    Please fix!
