Microsoft To Do is designed primarily for task management, but it does not currently have a feature where clicking on an item in the Add Note section opens a dropdown menu with suggestions or an AI assistant that helps add details like brand, stores, weight, or size.
What To Do Offers:
- You can manually add details to tasks in the Notes section of each item.
- To organize shopping lists or specific items, you can use tags, labels, or sections within lists.
- If you use Microsoft 365, To Do integrates with Planner and Outlook, allowing for more structured task tracking.
Alternatives for Enhanced List Management:
If you're looking for a feature where clicking on a list item provides AI-driven suggestions or structured product details, consider:
- Microsoft Lists (for structured data tracking in Microsoft 365).
- Shopping-specific apps like OneNote, Excel, or third-party list apps.
