Read aloud natural voice option missing since update on iphone

I am not sure if there was a word update or if it is the 18.5 iOS update but my natural voices option has vanished. I have Mac office 2021, but use the iPhone app to listen to the novels I write because the natural voices are superior to Apple voices.

Suddenly, I only have a speed option and no voice packs. I got it back briefly, by totally deleting it in iPhone storage and reinstalling, but it disappeared again and didn’t work when I tried it again.

I have tried reinstalling, signing out/in etc., restarting my phone but I cannot get anything other than the Apple system voice now. This happened a few months ago with a word update, but I am not sure if it was word or the new iOS causing the issue this time. I depend on the natural voices to help me proof my novels. As you can see in the screen shot, (I am signed in) all I get is the speed option, not voice packs

    ✅ FIXED: If you lost natural voices in Word for iPhone Read Aloud after iOS 18.5, check Word’s privacy/content settings. Re-enabling Analyze Content and Download Content brought the voices back for me. Just deleting/reinstalling wasn’t enough.
