how do I make the printer print both sides.

How do I make the printer return to standard? It has no option to print odd or even pages.

    Does your printer model support automatic duplex printing? Have you installed the full printer driver from the printer manufacturer's web site?

    If your printer supports duplex printing, and you have its drivers installed, you should see this option when you print from Word:

    • What type of your account? It means your account is personal or created by organization - school or company.
    • Would you mind sharing me a screenshot of your issue (screen of printer)? What kind of the printer do you use?
    • How long does the issue occur?
    • What the office/platform do you use? Excel, word,..? Desktop app or web app?

    Regarding from your sharing description, please help me to check if you printer support print both side in once time or need print one by one (print upside then need to change the paper side to print the other side)
