    Hi,
Welcome to the Microsoft Community. I fully understand the loss that being incorrectly debited can cause you.

When you see unexpected charges from Microsoft in a statement from your bank, credit card, or any other payment provider, you can refer to the following documents for investigation.

How to investigate a billing charge from Microsoft - Microsoft Support

If you can't solve it by your own, due to the reason that this is a technical discussion community is not authorizedto investigate issues regarding subscriptions and payment, but I will point you in the right direction.

The best way to handle investigating this issue and getting a refund is to contactMicrosoft's department at Billing & Subscriptions for one-on-one assistance.

    Contact Microsoft Support.

    1. Visit this website: Contact - Microsoft Support
    2. Type Contactin the search box.
    3. Now click Get help, and Select Contact Supportor sign in to contact support below.
    4. Go to the Products and services tab, and choose either Microsoft 365 and Office category.
    5. On the Category tab, choose Manage My Subscription.
    6. Go to Confirm.
    7. You can now choose the option of Chat with a support agent on your web browser.

    Best regards,
