Cant sign in when trying to connect to Samsung Cloud

Signing in to Outlok and One Drive is no issue. Only when trying to connect with Samsung Cloud, as soon as I insert my password, it tells me: "too many requests".

This started after I had to update my password, it's been days where I've tried it multiple times and I can no longer sync my photos and data to OneDrive😞

    Hi Lilll54859,

Thank you for posting here in Microsoft Community.

Here are some effective troubleshooting steps to help you regain access: 1. Wait and Retry Later Samsung may temporarily block access due to too many login attempts. Wait at least 24–48 hours before trying again. 2. Clear Cache and Data On your Samsung device:

    • Go to Settings > Apps > Samsung Cloud
    • Tap Storage > Clear Cache and then Clear Data
    • Restart your phone and try signing in again

    3. Check for App Updates Ensure Samsung Cloud and related apps (Samsung Account, OneDrive) are up to date via the Galaxy Store or Google Play Store. 4. Re-Link Samsung and Microsoft Accounts Sometimes unlinking and re-linking your Samsung and Microsoft accounts can help:

    • Go to Settings > Samsung Account > Linked Accounts
    • Unlink OneDrive, then re-link it

    Hope this helps!

    Best regards,

    Bo | Microsoft Community
