Problem with office on Android

Hello everyone, I have a problem with the Microsoft Office Word and Excel applications as well as PowerPoint on my Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra: the problem is that as soon as I open Excel or Word the application crashes and is impossible to use. The only way I found was to clear the application data. The application works again until a certain point where it crashes again. After that, I tried everything, disconnected my Microsoft accounts, reinstalled the applications, but nothing worked. I should point out that I have a Microsoft Office subscription at €10 per month. I don't know why it's been crashing for a week. If anyone has any ideas, it would be nice to let me know. Thanks in advance.

    Hello Kevin,

    If your Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint apps keep crashing on your Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra, try these steps:

    1. Clear App Data
      • Go to Settings > Apps > Microsoft Word/Excel/PowerPoint.
      • Tap Storage and select Clear Cache and Clear Data.
      • Restart your phone and check if the apps work.
    2. Update the Apps
      • Open Google Play Store.
      • Search for Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
      • If updates are available, install them.
    3. Reinstall Microsoft Portal App
      • Go to Settings > Apps > Microsoft Portal.
      • Tap Uninstall and restart your phone.
      • Reinstall the app from the Play Store.
    4. Try Office Lite Apps
