Hello,
I’m using a OneDrive account provided by my university, and until recently, I had 1TB of storage. However, my storage limit has suddenly been reduced to 50GB without any prior notice. Now, I’m unable to upload new files because I’ve exceeded this new limit, and this is causing serious issues with my work and studies.
I haven’t changed any settings or done anything unusual with the account. Is there a way to restore the 1TB storage?
Any guidance would be appreciated. Thank you!
