It's possible that the AVS node types you mentioned, AV36, AV36P, and AV52, are not currently available in the region where your Azure Migrate project is deployed. If that's the case, you won't be able to select them as options.
However, if those node types are available in your region, and you're still unable to select them in the Azure Migrate project, there may be some other issue at play. It's possible that the account you're using to manage the Azure Migrate project doesn't have the necessary permissions to select different AVS node types.
