I need an app that will let me open 'ms-contact-support' link

I am having trouble connecting with my blue tooth keyboard, and apparently this link will help me look at possible bluetooth issues.

Is there another way to address this?

Thank you.

Susan

    Hi Susan,

I'm Sumit, here to answer your query at the Microsoft Community.

Apologies for any inconvenience you are experiencing. I am happy to help you today.

It seems like the Get Help App is missing on your computer.

    In the Windows search,

type Powershell, right-click it, and choose run as administrator.

    Paste this command:

    PowerShell -ExecutionPolicy Unrestricted -Command "& {$manifest = (Get-AppxPackage *Microsoft.GetHelp *).InstallLocation + '\AppxManifest.xml' ; Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register $manifest}"

After this, close the Window and try opening the link again.

Concurrently working on the BT issue, I would also help you.

    Please supply the following Information.

Right-click the Start button and Choose the Run option

    Type in msinfo32

    Press enter.

Take a screenshot of the System Summary window and post it in the next reply.

I look forward to your response and am eager to collaborate until we find a solution.
