Microsoft apps will not open after logging in on iPad pro

I’ve downloaded all the Microsoft apps on my iPad Pro. I’ve paid for the subscriptions. I’ve logged in with my account. As soon as I log in, I keep getting met with a white blank screen that only says “cancel” in the top left hand corner. It’s doing this with all the apps. I’ve deleted the apps, reset my iPad, made sure iOS is up to date, cleared my cache, set up two factor. I did all the necessary troubleshooting and I’m still not able to use any Microsoft applications.

When I signed up to pay for the Microsoft apps, I tried doing it through the app to get my 7 day free trial and it wasn’t working so I went directly to the website and it charged my card right away without giving me the free trial.

This is really frustrating because I was charged for something I can’t even access on both my iPad and my iPhone and I wasn’t even given the free trial.

    Hi,

Thank you for posting your query on our forum, let me help you with this

As you are facing issue regarding Microsoft apps on your iPad Pro.

Here are some steps to fix it:

At first, start by force closing all the apps and restarting your device to refresh the system.

After that, check the app permissions in Settings → Privacy & Security and ensure the Microsoft apps have the necessary access.

If above steps won't work, try sign out of your Microsoft account and then sign back in to refresh the connection.

You may also need to reinstall the apps by deleting them, restarting your iPad, and downloading them again from the App Store.

At last, try switching to a different network, such as another Wi-Fi or mobile data, to see if the issue is related to connectivity.

    I hope this helps!
