Every time I try to download the ISO file, it tells me I can't. "Some users, entities and locations are banned from using this service. For this reason, leveraging anonymous or location hiding technologies when connecting to this service is not generally allowed."

This happens because Microsoft blocks some IP ranges from downloading the ISO directly.
As a workaround, please use the Media Creation Tool to download the ISO. You can download the Windows 11 Media Creation Tool (MCT) from this link:

Note: If you are unable to download MCT, please use an alternative system.
Run MCT and choose the ISO option when prompted.

Good thing everyone who wants to download the ISO is on Windows...
I wonder what the reason usually is for wanting to download the ISO in the first place?
At least give us options to run MCT on other OS, too...
