Can we upgrade Windows 10 Pro to Windows 10 IoT Ent LTSC version? If yes, is there a supported procedure from Microsoft?

    Windows 10 IoT Ent LTSC is intended for device manufactures, and it requires a different license. Upgrade to Windows 10 Enterprise is a better path.
