Games Are Lagged

All my games are lagged, like horrible lag! I check my cpu and its fine and my memory is fine as well, everything is fine including my internet. It started when i downloaded fortnite but it was too laggy so i tried deleting apps to make room for it but it still ran slow so i deleted it but all my games after that became lagged, My computer works fast but not games, please help.
