a command prompt keeps opening and closing and it crashes my game

two empty command prompts keep popping up on my screen, and when i use f4 to fullscreen my game. the command prompt crashes the game.

i just wann play undertale yellow :(

    Hello. Try a clean boot to rule out background apps causing this. Follow these steps:

    Press Windows + R, type msconfig, then press Enter.

    In the System Configuration window, go to the Services tab.

    Check Hide all Microsoft services, then click Disable all.

    Go to the Startup tab and click Open Task Manager.

    In Task Manager, disable all items listed under Startup.

    Close Task Manager, then click OK in System Configuration.

    Restart your PC.

    Try launching the game again once you restart, and let me know if those command prompt windows keep popping up.
